These Terms of Use apply to Forma, a fitness app by JTH Ventures. Contact: info@jthventures.nl.

1. The app

Forma helps you set a physique goal, log training and nutrition, complete weekly check-ins (including optional progress photos), and receive coaching suggestions you can apply or ignore. AI features (coach chat, weekly reports, photo or meal analysis) are support tools only. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified professional.

2. Use at your own responsibility

You use Forma at your own risk. Consult a doctor or specialist for injuries, medical concerns, or eating-disorder-related issues. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

3. Data and privacy

Most of your logbook stays on your device. There is no Forma account in the current version. When you use AI features, relevant context and (for analysis) images may be processed through the Forma AI server and external AI providers. Details: Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Forma is free to use during testing / early access. Paid Forma Pro features may later be offered via in-app purchase (for example a monthly or yearly plan with a free trial). If subscriptions go live, price, trial, auto-renewal, and cancellation will be shown in the app and in Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel any subscription through the store where you purchased it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Forma for unlawful content, abuse of AI features, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may limit or terminate access in cases of clear misuse.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Forma available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, become temporarily unavailable (including AI server cold starts on free hosting), or be updated over time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms when Forma changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
